Loan Operations Associate (Full Time)
Education: High School Diploma and General Equivalency Diploma
Experience Desired: A preferred minimum of three years’ experience in loan operations and customer service.
Pay Range: Moderate Level ($20-$25)
Immediate Supervisor: Assistant Vice President Loan Operations
Employment Status: Full time
Summary Objective of the Job:
- The Loan Operations Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to loan processing and servicing of commercial and retail loans.
- They will work closely with internal and external customers to provide a high level of customer service that follow Bank and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare release deeds for paid off real estate loans and mail paid/cancelled loan documents to appropriate party.
- Process loan payments, loan advances and loan payoffs using the Fiserv system.
- Daily follow-up on delinquent insurance policies.
- Scan loan documentations and miscellaneous paperwork.
- Prepare and file Adverse Action notices as directed by Loan Officers.
- Maintain commercial, consumer and Home Equity loan files and ensure file completion.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests by phone and in person.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of bank and lending regulations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Self-Starter.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently.
- Sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Laser Pro is a plus.

Universal Banker (Full Time)
Job Description
We are looking for a Universal Banker/Teller to join our team. We are a locally owned and managed community bank, not a Big Box bank. We always put service first and believe in treating our customers and coworkers like family. Preference given to candidates with Personal Banking/New Accounts experience.
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of one year of work experience in banking is required
• Knowledge of banking products, customer service, policies, procedures and services that would normally be acquired with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• 1 -2 years teller experience preferred but not required
• Preference given to individuals with Personal Banking/New Accounts experience

Accounting Operations Specialist (Full Time)
Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Operations Specialist. This is a fast-paced position and no two days are alike. The position will include regular and recurring functions that support overall bank operations. Must be a flexible team player and must have strong time-management skills. Must comply with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations. Preference given to candidates with previous deposit operations experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Monitor and process ACH batches
• Track ACH activity and exposure limits
• Research ACH transactions
• Review and process large dollar returns
• Process incoming and outgoing wires
• Upload wire activity to fraud monitoring system
• Process daily overdraft and exception items
• Process non-post, chargebacks, stop payment suspects, kiting, and uncollected
• Review fraud alerts
• Research and process Reg E/ACH disputes
• Research and process legal notices
• Balance general ledger accounts
• Process Accounts Payable
• Handle internal and external customer inquiries professionally and with a high sense of urgency
• Assist with preparing Board Package and distributing to Directors
• Ordering supplies for the entire bank
• Answering main phone line and transferring calls
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Minimum two years of previous banking/deposit operations experience
• Knowledge of bank regulations
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
• Excellent communication skills with all staffing levels and clients/customers
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Handle confidential information appropriately
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently, self-starter, energetic
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
• Flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements
• Adept with technology and highly proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
